Production and Processing
In order to bring you closer to the more realistic and accurate information on the zeolite production, we are showing the whole production cycle, from mining to final packaging and storage. We hope that you will find the process of this mineral exploatation to be clearer and more precise.
PHASE I
Picture is of the zeolite mining dig which is one of the best in Europe from the existing eighteen.
Quality refers to the amount of cation exchange of 189 percent clinoptilolite 87% as well as the allowed limits (for human consumption) the ratio of heavy metals. The photographs show also the sedimentary zeolite in compact state, without admixture soil, which gives stability in maintaining quality.
PHASE II
Loading and transport to the final production.
PHASE III
Final production:
Crusher up to 3cm and the escalator to the main chamber.
The main chamber in which the activation is done and disinfection of zeolites with an inlet temperature of 400-500 degrees celsius, and the output of 70-100 degrees, with which it is done beside activation and disinfection, also drying of the zeolite to 4% moisture, which makes it unique in Serbian market.
On the Serbian market no processed zeolite has such a small percentage of moisture(4%).
PHASE IV
The main mill in which the zeolite is milled. Packaging and storage.
Digital electronic packaging machine packs in three-layer bags of 40 kg. Storage is in a dry and protected place, separate from the raw materials by European standards. Expiration date of zeolite in these conditions is unlimited. Photos show the stocked final production.
PHASE V
Finished processed zeolite.
For animal feed the granulation of 0-0.2 mm
For agriculture
[45% to 1 mm, 10% to 1 mm, 45% to 2 mm]
